Vacation home ownership for 4 weeks a year on Bald Head Island. The Hammocks on BHI is an Interval ownership where you own a deeded 1/13 interest in a vacation home. You have 4 weeks usage a year with a week in each season. 30 Earl of Craven is a reverse floor plan home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor and your living, kitchen and dining areas on the second floor. Extra with H30B you receive a Crofter Right with your choice of one week per year in a one bedroom over the garage. You have the right to reserve as many weeks based on availability during the year. You have a Lifestyle Membership in the Bald Head Island Club and a Membership in the Shoals Club. The Quarterly Dues covers all ownership expenses including the quarterly dues in the two clubs. The Hammocks amenities include a Clubhouse with a pool, bike barn, exercise room and playground for the children. Have your own safe place for 4 weeks a year and as many weeks as your Crofter Right is available. A six passenger golf cart is provided.
