Tucked behind privacy-insuring landscaping, this retreat boasts multiple outdoor spaces-including a very deep covered front porch (newly upgraded with beautiful IPE hardwood), offering a variety of sunny and shady sitting and dining areas. These refuges are where you’ll unwind, breathing in the salt air while enjoying a cup of joe or a glass of wine and marveling at spectacular Atlantic sunrises and sunsets.

But your ocean views won’t end outside! Inside, the open floor plan grants breathtaking ocean tableaus from every sunbathed area. The spacious, light-filled living space also features comfy seating-perfect for relaxing and cozy conversations, a vaulted ceiling, multiple sliding doors to the waterfront deck, and a huge masonry fireplace. The cheery sunroom provides additional seating along with a game table and a flat-screen TV. The dining area flows from the sunroom, living space, and kitchen, and houses a handsome set that comfortably accommodates ten. Just beyond are three barstools at the breakfast bar.
