Hammocks Traditional plan allows for 4 weeks a year; one week each season! Enjoy stress free weeks in this delightful neighborhood having its own clubhouse, pool and other amenities plus memberships in both the BHI and Shoals clubs. Living is spacious and on the first floor along with the main suite. Bedrooms are large and comfy with TVs and ensuite baths. Six seater golf carts are provided and all cleaning, utilities and club dues in the quarterly dues. New golf carts recently provided. All homes are receiving a refresh on some furnishings in the coming years. Located off Stede Bonnet Wynd, the neighborhood pool and exercise facility is open to owners and their guests and sits behind the BHI club for golf course and limited ocean viewing. Crofter rights allow for a guaranteed 5th week each year and usage whenever the crofter is available.
