This home combines a spacious four bedroom floor plan with a shady back yard. If you like trees, you will love this fenced back yard. The fence, trees, and depth of the lot make it feel much larger than what you might expect. It is located within the limits of Surf City. You'll note that this is a well designed community, seaside community. At this price, you might guess that some improvements are needed.
