The main house and crofter are cloistered around an entrance courtyard. The main home's first level houses the garages and egress to the beach access. Up the stairs, the next level proffers a deep, covered TREX wraparound porch, bayed on the seaside and furnished with a dining set as well as seating for conversation or serene contemplation of the unobstructed Atlantic views.
From here, you can take the spiral staircase to the upper sundeck or enter inside. Within, this floor reveals crafted, custom details around every corner-from the elegant Cypress wainscoting to the plank flooring and original art. The three bedrooms on this level start with a roomy twin which utilizes the convenient hall full bath. The first spacious King suite renders gorgeous water tableaus, direct porch access and includes a cozy private sitting area as well as a spa-like bath with a sunken jetted tub, separate tile shower, water closet and his/her vanities.
