"We had a relaxing vacation on BHI. We were familiar with the Island as we had visited before. We would have preferred to be closer to the Shoals Club and East Beach as we headed in that direction everyday. We were limited in our choice as we needed a dog friendly rental. We were pleasantly surprised at the convenience of the location, the proximity to the market, the marina and getting to the beaches. The view of the marsh and creek was beautiful from the top screened in porch. We were very comfortable each had our own bedroom and bathroom and lots of outdoor space to enjoy both screened and open porches! The open floor plan worked well so we could all be together and not feel crowded. We could each do our own thing ie. cook in the kitchen, sit at the table on the computer or work on a puzzle/watch TV or lounge in the family room. The only thing we were looking for and couldn't find was a muffin pan to make blueberry muffins for breakfast and a can opener that worked other than that we had everything we needed. Appreciated the starter paper products shampoo and soap nice touch. I want to highlight the friendly,professional, accommodating,and thoughtful management company staff member, Wesley! He truly went above and beyond to see that our stay was comfortable and that we were satisfied. He brought us an additional set of keys to the house for our adult children to have, helped troublshoot our grill, exchanged the propane tank for a full one and helped my dad retrieve his ipad from his car all within the first hour of us arriving at the property!!!! Looking forward to our next visit!"

"terrific 2 weeks on BHI. family, friends,and great location made for a fantastic vacation. the amenities of rehoboth are very nice, especially the bicycles. the house is well done and has a great layout for comfortable living. lots of natural light permeates the upper level living space because of the large and abundant windows. huge "specimen" live oaks on the property give a sense of history and beauty. the screened porches place you in the marsh with all of the birds, sounds (the tree frogs serenade like nothing you have heard) and even the view of the water. overall we really enjoyed the experience and recommend without hesitation."
