The
market is certainly opening up, thanks to properties that are priced to
sell and buyers who have jumped off the fence. I have been very
busy with clients and our new property management department, including a
Vacation Rental Managers Association Seminar this past week. We are so
excited by all of our new endeavors and are ready to share them all
with you!
Our new website is on track and coming along nicely, so we will keep you
informed when we get a launch date lined up. We are revising our social
media strategy to add more information, content, and fun!

Our Rental Team Gets Ready for a Great Season
 Wendy Wilmot Properties is hitting grand slams with our new
Vacation Rentals Department! As members of both the National and State
Vacation Rental Managers Association, the WWP property management team
attended the VRMA Eastern Seminar in Hilton Head, SC this past week.
This was a great educational opportunity for our company as we gain
much knowledge from some of the Industry’s top companies, and are ready
to implement what we have learned within our own company. WWP looks
forward to the challenges and joys of Property Management. If you are

WWP Supports Wounded Warriors
For its fourth year, the Wounded Warriors
project will be speaking out on behalf of those men and women who have
served our country and paid the price. The personally moving event
touches the hearts of those who attend and prompts us to appreciate the
many freedoms we exercise at the expense of those fighting for it. WWP
has contributed to the BHI Association to help with this cause. We hope
to hear from speaker, Dana Bowman, who has overcome his own challenges.
