What a great week. WWP put under contract two homes and two
homesites that are active contingent. Active contingent is a real estate
term which means that Buyers have x amount of days to do their due
diligence before going pending and preparing to close.
It is good to see Buyers recognizing that now is the time to
buy. Traffic is picking up, but we would like to offer your friends a

Toolbar!

toolbar! We have had a great response to this new toolbar in testing. We

feature is easy to use and can be customized to fit your own style! For
