The
weeks seem to fly by when we are busy!
WWP
accounts for 5 of the 7 pending
properties and several additional properties that are currently Active
Contingent. The market, while not completely warmed up, does seem
to be loosening up just enough to prompt buyers to start seriously
considering the deals out there. Those that have been on the fence
deciding whether or not to jump in just yet are emailing us, asking great
questions, and taking real estate tours. Several have taken advantage and

There
are just six more weeks of the prime selling season left, so don’t wait
