Memorial Day weekend, which marks the beginning of the major selling season on Bald Head Island, is coming up quickly. We hope that you considered our article last week about preparing your property to sell. Now will be when it really counts.

We have the annual Memorial Day Party at the Shoals Club, a crab-crack at the Harbourside Pavilion and other fun activities over the coming weekend. Next weekend we will see even more guests as fisherman from all over come to participate in BHI’s annual Fishing Rodeo! And, let’s not forget the Gala in White on Saturday June 5^th.

We have already seen an increase in Open House visitors and showings. We are ready for the big season. Are you?
