WWP
has enjoyed being very busy during the two weeks around Easter.
Four
of the couples I had the pleasure of spending time with are making offers
on properties. Two of couples came with pre qualification letters,
knowing what they could qualify for in these tough economic times.
Recently
reduced properties that will appraise for the contract price have seen a
pickup in activity with the brokerage community.
People
who have been sitting on the sidelines, longing for BHI ownership
opportunities, are starting to make offers and take advantage of the low
interest rates and realistically priced properties.

Properties has listed 2 Keelson Row, better known as Theodosia’s. We have
been working to clean up the establishment and have donated many of the interior
items to Habitat for Humanity. It is currently unfurnished and in need of
some TLC, but she has great potential.
Wouldn’t
it be great to resurrect 2 Keelson Row as a new Bed & Breakfast? Or
