Last week WWP closed on a home and homesite.  

 

We had three different clients show interest in properties from 2.5 to 3.8 which was nice to see since most of the sales this year have been under 1.7. It feels like the Buyers are  more serious than last year, but they are also more set on getting a deal.

 

Owners on West Beach were pleased that the Coastal Resource Commission, CRC, approved reinstating the 60 ft setback verses 240 ft.

 

We anticipate a busy two weeks on either side of the 4th of July.
