This is the first addition
of the WWP market report. This report covers the activity from March 16th
– 23rd. In an effort to communicate better with our Sellers,
we are going to send out weekly updates on all the activity that has
happened on BHI. Our report covers properties that have sold, are pending
or have been listed in the past week. We have tried to set it up so that
you can get a quick glance at the market or click on several of our links
and learn more.
We are in the trial
stages of this e-update and welcome your opinions as we work out some of
the bugs. At this time only our Sellers are receiving this
e-update. We are giving you the hard data that many of you have
requested.
Your agents will be
giving their thoughts on the activity each week and we recognize that
this DOES NOT replace personal phone calls or e-mails, but it will be
something that you can count on receiving on a consistent basis.
We take pride in the
partnerships we have formed with our Sellers and know that you can never

John Munroe Starts His 10thSeason By Joining WWP!
John Munroe joins the WWP
team bringing years of experience and
knowledge. John has been a top producer for BHI Ltd., where he was salesperson of the year for six consecutive
years and a member of the Captain’s, Admiral’s and Commodore’s Clubs for
career achievement. In 2007 John accounted for over 50% of Bald Head
Island Limited’s overall sales volume.
Growing up in
Whiteville, North Carolina, John became an avid outdoorsman. He attended
UNC at Wilmington, owned a sporting goods store and sold insurance with
Prudential before starting his real estate career on Bald Head Island.
An annual participant in
the Fishing Rodeo, John can
often be seen in the Harbour Village area on his L & H 33-foot center
console, “THE OFFICE II”. John is
a proud father of three girls, Alie, Brie and Brooke and owns a Keepers
Landing home in Cape Fear Station.
John is customer-oriented and has an easy-going
charm, which makes looking at properties, fishing, or just catching up on
Island events fun and enjoyable. He really understands the needs of his
customers.
