As I was sitting on
The Office II, sipping my cold glass of "sweet tea"J, I thought to myself, "self"
I think we are at the bottom of the market. I am finally starting to see
properties above the 1 million mark selling! It feels like the early
birds are out getting the worms. The market is trying to stabilize and is
at or near the bottom. Activity is good... calls and tours! I still have
a pitcher of "sweet tea" left!

BHI Salutes the Troops
Memorial
Day Weekend had many families and friends coming home to the Island. Old
Baldy held a service on Monday to honor and remember those who have
served in the Armed services protecting our freedoms. The photo to the
left shows children placing flowers in the wreath, honoring those who
have served.
Captain Johnny Munroe to Compete for the Eleventh Year!
Boaters are coming in for the 19th annual  Fishing
Rodeo this weekend. Wendy Wilmot Properties is sponsoring The Office II, navigated by Captain John Munroe.
Captain Munroe hasn’t missed a Rodeo for the past eleven years. There
will be fisherman from all over coming to participate in the fishy
festival, and let’s not forget the Gala in White on Saturday June 5th.
