Deep਍ഀ Point Receives Engineering Excellence Awarded

Deep਍ഀ Point Marina’s engineering design team,  WK Dickson & Co. Inc.,਍ഀ was recently awarded the Engineering Excellence Award by American Council of Engineering Companies਍ഀ (ACEC/NC).  Busy summertime days can yield as many as 3500਍ഀ vehicles through the eco-friendly facility. WK Dickinson was initially਍ഀ hired to develop the site and infrastructure plans for constructing Deep਍ഀ Point in a way that maintained the natural aesthetics of the Lower Cape਍ഀ Fear, as well as balance and protect the sensitive maritime ecosystem.਍ഀ  

The਍ഀ Engineering Excellence Award is a significant industry award based upon਍ഀ overall engineering excellence, including innovative application of਍ഀ existing techniques and theory, future value, complexities of the਍ഀ endeavor, as well as over all client satisfaction.
