Brain Sail, July 14th

 

Tuesday, July 14, participants and observers of the Brain Sail will gather at the Bald Head Island Club from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. The issues being address are concerning the threats to our Island being caused by dredging of the channel.

 

Citizens and friends of BHI are welcome to attend the Brain Sail as an observer, they may view via webcast at www.villagebhi.org/brainsail.html, or offer their ideas on this issue to participants. Involvement from all is encouraged, as this presents a pivital moment for Bald Head Island and its property owners.

 

Six primary objectives are to be met.

1. Identify the problems

2. Discuss options for a solution

3. Develop strategies

4. Outline implementation steps

5. Accountabilities

6. Develop a concise communication plan in effort to obtain community support.
