Very busy Wedding Weekend. There were white dresses and men in suits everywhere! Beautiful weather! Great time for their guests, I am sure!

The first Candidates Forum held at the Bald Head Island Club on October 5th was both exciting and informative. It followed the League of Women Voters format popular all around the country.

John Fisher, who is running unopposed for councilman, was not present due to a death in his family.

 

The second Candidates Forum held on October 8th at the Association Center was a meet and greet.

 

The two Mayoral candidates,  Andy Sayre and Larry Lammert, as well as John Fisher, who is running unopposed for councilman, all gave opening comments followed by mingling with the crowd and ended with closing remarks.
