Summer
has officially started with the Memorial Day Weekend. We all remain
thankful for our service men and women who give us the freedom to enjoy
our summer fun. The Island was (and still is) very busy. Offers were

BHI Property Owners to Vote on Deer Management
The Village of Bald Head Island is requesting
the vote of all property owners, not only registered voters, on the issue
of deer management for BHI. They
are asking for your input on how deer management should be handled and
how your tax dollars should be spent in doing so. Please, click
here to read the letter sent out by the Village this week. If you did
not receive a voting ballot by mail, please contact the village at
910-457-9700 to request one be sent. All votes need to be in no later
than June 1, 2011.
