Spring
is trying to arrive and some schools are already having spring breaks so
things on the island are busy, especially on the weekends. After
the winter we’ve had, everyone is craving a little sunshine.
They’re also thinking that this might be the best time to purchase a home
or home site before prices, rates, etc. start to go back up. I
can’t stress enough how special this time in our economy and Real Estate Market
is. Deals are to be made and purchases are taking place well above the
sales we had last year at this time.
I
