Event
activities for the 4th were fun and full of pride for
our country. The golf cart parade was entertaining and very
creative. We included a couple of samples. Lots of people came
to Open Houses and seemed interested in becoming part of our
Island. Tours have been planned and information is being
exchanged. We anticipate some offers coming in as a result.
Stay tuned for that!
 
If
you feel that price is a factor in the sale of your home on Bald Head,
now is the time to re-evaluate and possibly make a change. We’re at
the half way mark for the summer and fall is just around the
corner. Summer seems to take forever to get here then it goes so
quickly.
