Summer
is in full swing on the Island with schools finally out and family
vacations starting up. Rentals are almost at full capacity for the
summer but call us if you have any last minute plans you need help
with. Lots of Dads took advantage of their special day to be here
and enjoy Island activities. Lots of people means lots of possible
homeowners. It’s a little more difficult to get into homes now
because of the rental season but we try at every opportunity to get
buyers into houses they want to see. We also check our listings
weekly for occupancy so we can schedule showings. If you are coming
down or your house is occupied, please send us an email and let us know
so we can plan accordingly. Hope to see you and your family here
