As we prepare for Easter, we are hopeful that the excitement of last week will continue. We had good traffic in our Open Houses over the weekend. Pricing still seems to be the most important aspect of getting Buyers to come take a look. We also have had very good traffic on our website and invite you to review our daily Open Houses schedule.

Three of the nine offers we negotiated last week were accepted and are now pending. Four of last week’s offers were on 232 Station House Way, a 7 bedroom oceanfront home in foreclosure listed for $2,700,000. After five days of going back and forth between the bank’s representative, and the respective Buyers’ agents, we are pending. Other results you can see below.

WWP has been involved in 5 of the 7 closings this year.
