This past Sunday, Betty and I went to Church. I saw a couple that I immediately recognized as my very first sales client on the Island. It was nice to see them again and when I got home I began to think about the past year. I have so many people to thank for the successes that I had. I truly appreciate all of the support and kindness from all. I also decided to look at some historical data to see just how 2011 stacked up against the last several years. Moreover, from when the market was at its peak to present day. Well here are the numbers for your review. Total sales dollars, average sale price and number of sales. I will not attempt to interpret these numbers for you as I think they speak for themselves. The trends seem both evident and positive.

The news on the national front is encouraging as well. It looks like unemployment statistics are trending downward and interest rates remain extremely low. It looks like another banner sales year here on the Island. Again, thank you all for your support.
