This past week was the most beautiful of the year. Lots of sunshine, low humidity, just perfect for Easter. In fact, I hear that the Easter Bunny made a special appearance to help officially open the Ice Cream Shop at the Maritime Market. I wonder what flavor is his favorite. Anyway, boats in the water, fish on the line. Well almost. My friend JM supplied me with some fresh Wahoo that is heading straight to the grill. I hope you all can get down here while we are enjoying the best spring weather ever. By the way, the Easter Brunch at the Bald Head Island Club this morning was absolutely outstanding. From Eggs Benedict to Leg of Lamb, it was superb. My grandson, Thomas, was totally mystified that a Magician could pull so many sponge balls out of his ear. A very special treat for all! 
 
Bald Head Island, there is just no place I would rather be.

 

Look for my yellow golf cart “Sales Office” around the Island and come see me.
