I guess the thing I like most about working with our team on Bald Head Island is having the opportunity to show people the place I call home.  I truly have met a lot of really nice folks, and many of them are seeing first- hand what makes this place so special. Recently while at an Open House, I watched kayakers drift by and a father and his son fish off of one of the docks. It was a beautiful Memorial Day and I hope you were here.

BHI Salutes the Troops

Memorial Day Weekend had many families and friends coming home to the Island. Old Baldy held a service on Monday to honor and remember those who have served in the Armed services protecting our freedoms. The photo to the left shows children placing flowers in the wreath, honoring those who have served.

Captain Johnny Munroe to Compete for the Eleventh Year!

Boaters are coming in for the 19th annual Fishing Rodeo this weekend. Wendy Wilmot Properties is sponsoring The Office II, navigated by Captain John Munroe. Captain Munroe hasn’t missed a Rodeo for the past eleven years. There will be fisherman from all over coming to participate in the fishy festival, and let’s not forget the Gala in White on Saturday June 5^th. Whether on land or at sea, WWP is ready for the action!
