Bio:Shannon Jackson comes to us from Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Born in Wisconsin and growing up in Grand Blanc Mi, she moved to North Carolina to be near her family and retired parents. Shannon enlisted in the U. S. Air Force after graduation from High School, which continued a long family heritage of military service. She was stationed at Travis Air Force Base and Kadena Air base in Okinawa, Japan during her tour of duty. Due to her exemplary service, Shannon received many awards and promotions, including the Silent Warrior Award, Senior Airman Below the Zone Award, the 12th Fighter Squadron Airman of the Quarter, the 18th Wing Logistics Professional of the Year, and was nominated for the Pacific Air Forces Logistics Professional of the Year.

Upon her return to civilian life, Shannon relocated to Sunset Beach, NC and started her professional life at Sea Trail Golf Resort and Convention Center as the Front Desk Representative, and later the Assistant Long Term Rental specialist and the Long Term Rental Specialist. During her time at Sea Trail, Shannon earned an Associates degree in Arts from Brunswick Community College. She continued her education at UNC Wilmington, majoring in History. During her college years she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, the Student Government Vice President at BCC and one of the founders and Captain of the first BCC Cheerleader Squad. After a change in Management at Sea Trail, she continued those duties in addition to becoming the Assistant to the Director of Property Management. Shannon Comes to WWP with a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a background steeped in dedication to excellence.

Shannon is married to Joe and they have a young son, Jacob, and she is deeply dedicated to her family and enjoys volunteering at her son's school when the opportunity arises. Her passions are family, reading and her faith and she strives to live by three core values: “Integrity, Excellence and Service above Self."

Bio: Crista graduated with honors in 2005 with a BA in Computer Programming from AIU. Mother of two, entrepreneur, and perpetual student of all things technological, Wendy Wilmot Properties has teamed up with Crista to keep our rapidly growing company running in current technology standards! She is bringing new and exciting concepts to our market such as Social Networking, Blogs, and new ways to market internationally. Crista is also our Relocation Director and can assist anyone in relocating anywhere in the world! Crista holds an RCC (RELO Certified Coordinator) designation, as well as the WRS (World Referral Specialist).

Bio: Originally from the mountain town of Asheville, NC, Clark has easily made the transition to the coastal lifestyle. He first bought on Bald Head Island in 1998, built a home here in 2004, and moved to the Island full-time in March of 2007.

After 20 years in sales of aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel followed by three years in insurance and investment sales, Clark spent two more decades in the non-profit sector with Crisis Assistance Ministry in Charlotte and Habitat for Humanity in Brunswick County. He continues to assist with Habitat, and volunteers on the Island with the BHI Conservancy.

Clark and his wife Beverly have four children and six grandchildren. An animal enthusiast, he also enjoys golf, reading, Bald Head Island's beautiful beaches, and its vibrant social scene. Clark is especially excited about working with clients in the new WWP rentals department.

Bio:Tamara first fell in love with Bald Head Island when her family moved to the Island after her graduation from high school. Throughout her college years, Tamara worked on the Island at the BHI Club and the River Pilot Café.

After graduating from UNCW with a degree in English, she traveled around the world with her husband for 8 months, visiting Europe, South Africa, Thailand, and Indonesia. Shortly after their return to North Carolina, Steven and Tamara were married at the Bald Head Island chapel and Tamara began working as a property manager. After the birth of her second daughter, Tamara joined Wendy Wilmot Properties team handling the reservations for the rental homes. Her familiarity with the Island and houses are an asset in helping visitors find their ideal vacation homes!
